I have worked in Health and Safety for over 12 years and have held Chartered Membership of IOSH for the last 7 years. I specialise in Ergonomics and Chemical Safety with a strong background in Biological Safety, (focusing on Humans, animals and insects) Cryogenics and Sustainability. I am passionate about making the people in a company feel safe and valued.
I love a problem, because there are very few things more satisfying than working with all the interested parties to find the practical, affordable and viable solution, that actually works!
Change is hard, so there has to be buy-in.

I have worked in Health and Safety for the past 6 years. I specialise in Biological Safety across both plants and animals (with a focus on plants, insects and humans). I am also passionate about the environment and am currently working towards my Masters in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental management.
For 3 consecutive years, I have led a team through the 'Green Impact' programme, achieving Gold in the 1st, then Platinum awards in the 2nd and 3rd years. We only have one planet and there are loads of things we can do to help preserve it!
